ECONOBLAST is manufactured from a by-product in the production of aluminum. During the melting process, this material converts into a glass-type product which is considered as cullet.

ECONOBLAST is an economical, safe and ”silica free” abrasive with similar blasting efficiencies of both Blackblast (coal slag) and Silica Sand.

ECONOBLAST is proven to be the most cost effective blasting abrasive for
refurbishing auto bodies.

In a NIOSH test of 40 abrasives, Econoblast came out as #1 safest blasting abrasive to replace Silica Sand

#30-60 Provides 1.1 Mil profile.
The ultimate size for blasting all types of parts in the automotive sector. The low profile makes this size an excellent abrasive for cleaning substrates that require low to smooth profiles.
#20-30 Provides 1.2 – 1.5 Mil profil
An all-purpose size for blasting all kind of objects which require a medium profile
#10-20 Provides 1.5 – 2.0 Mil profile
