Blackblast - Coal Slag
Blackblast, a coal slag, is an aluminum silicate blast cleaning abrasive, made from coal slag from coal fired power plants.
Blackblast is available in 3 sizes:
- Utility (#12-40)
- Medium (#20-40)
- Fine (#30-60)
The Utility size is used for the tough blasting job and also when a coarse profile is required.
The Medium size is used for general blast cleaning and repair jobs, and for achieving an average profile.
The Fine size is used for all sort of blast cleaning jobs and on delicate substrates when a smooth finish is required
